MOM KNOWS BRUNELLO BEST

Located in Piancornello di S. Angelo Scalo, in the southern area of Montalcino and looking down on Maremma, the estate extends for about twenty hectares, of which 11 are used for vineyards and about 8 for olive groves. The production includes Brunello di Montalcino Docg, Rosso di Montalcino Doc and Sant’Antimo Doc. We are proud of our family-run business, and we commit ourselves directly, every day: Jacopo is in charge of the agronomic and vineyard side and Francesco follows the wine cellar operations and production side. Everything is done with the precious support of mom Agostina.

 

Describing the Agostina Pieri estate in a few words is not an easy task, especially for those who prefer leaving this task to wines, which tell about passion and true love for this land and this activity. The core of everything has always been our family, a real key value of this adventure started more than twenty years ago: it was 1991 and with our mom Agostina, that land reminding us our childhood gave us the possibility to develop our love for wines, a love that we have felt since longtime ago.

Today, Agostina Pieri is a small but sound house that, thanks to its work and professionalism, has gained trust both in national and international markets. We are stronger now, but still possess the same desire to challenge ourselves,  to experiment and, above all, to never stop looking for a perfect combination of territory, tradition and personality. Indeed, this desire never stops growing.
